Additional conditions of Luxendi

Our customers declare that goods purchased from Luxendi are not directly or indirectly delivered to persons or entities listed on the most current EU Sanctions list, UNSC and OFAC.

Additional conditions webshop purchases

• Placing an order through our webshop constitutes an offer to enter into an agreement. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order, in whole or in part, without stating reasons. In such cases, we will inform the customer as soon as possible.
• Possible reasons for refusal or cancellation may include, among others:

• incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer;
• suspicion of misuse, fraud, or payment issues;
• errors in pricing or product information on the webshop;
• insufficient stock or unforeseen delivery issues;
• previous payment arrears by the customer;
• exceeding the agreed credit limit or an insufficient credit limit.

• If an order has already been paid for and is subsequently cancelled by Luxendi, the amount already paid will be refunded within 5 working days
• Changes to an order that has already been placed can only be made after consultation and mutual agreement.
